Posting a New Topic

I am wondering if anyone has charged delivery fees to Medical Assistance clients for disposable supplies? I can find in the WI Admin Code that we can't bill delivery charges for DME items, but it does not specify DMS items. We are getting conflicting answers from both Medicare and Medical Assistance. Any guidance would be helpful.
